Our Legal Drafter, Melita Lloyd is an experienced family lawyer who can draft your legal documents for family law matters.  Whether you have reached an agreement and are applying to the Family Court for Consent Orders or proceeding to court, we can assist you with the preparation and filing of your court documents.

Our clients are primarily those who:-

1. have reached an agreement about parenting and/or property and financial and want to formalise that agreement into Consent Orders; or
2. require assistance to draft their court documents to commence proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and can’t afford the high costs of having a legal firm draft their court documents.

We don’t offer legal advice so our fees to you are cost effective.
